Abstract:
A tempered laminated glass producing apparatus, comprising a base (1) and an operating box (2). A console (3) is provided on a side surface of the base (1); a motor (4) is provided inside the base (1); a conveyor belt (5) is provided on the upper surface of the top end of the base (1). The operating box (2) is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the base (1). The operating box (2) comprises a cutting box (6), a cleaning box (7), and drying box (8). The conveyor belt (5) passes sequentially through the cutting box (6), the cleaning box (7), and the drying box (8). A cutting means (9) is provided inside the cutting box (6). A sprinkler head (10) is provided on the interior top end of the cleaning box (7). A water inlet of the sprinkler head (10) is provided with an electromagnetic valve (11). Because the apparatus is provided with the operating box (2), the surface of glass does not adsorb dust and impurities during the cutting, cleaning and drying process, and thus preparation is made for the next adhesion, such that the quality of the laminated glass is improved.
