Abstract:
Provided are: a template sheet creation device that is able to generate a user-friendly template sheet; a template sheet creation method; and a recording medium. A control unit of the template sheet creation device is provided with: a designation means for designating an embossed pattern composed of a first partial pattern and a second partial pattern included in the first partial pattern; a reversed pattern generation means for generating a first reversed pattern obtained by reversing the first partial pattern so as to be linearly symmetric with respect to a first reference line; an incision data generation means for generating incision data used for cutting the second partial pattern and the first reversed pattern out of a base material; and an incision control means for controlling a moving mechanism and creating a template sheet obtained by cutting the second partial pattern and the first reversed pattern out of the base material, on the basis of the incision data.
