Abstract:

A temporary fixing sheet is provided which has excellent antistatic performance, excellent appearance, and a silicone foam layer. This temporary fixing sheet has a silicone foam layer, wherein the silicone foam layer is formed from a silicone resin composition containing: (A) organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule; (B) organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule; (C) a mixture formed from water and an inorganic thickener; (D-1) 0.2-1.2 parts by mass of a non-ionic surfactant with an HLB value of greater than or equal to 3, per 1 part by mass of component (G); (D-2) 0.01-0.14 parts by mass of a non-ionic surfactant with an HLB value of less than 3, per 1 part by mass of component (G); (E) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; (F) a curing retardant; and (G) a conductive substance.
