Abstract:
A tension measurement device for a stator winding machine, comprising a vertical mounting board (1) having a transverse mounting block (2) fixed to a side surface thereof. The transverse mounting block (2) is provided with a first support rod (3) and a mounting sleeve (4) thereon. An end portion of the first support rod (3) is rotatably connected with a wire guiding wheel (30). The vertical mounting board (1) is provided with a tensioning wheel (10), and further provided with a drive mechanism (11). A circular silicone member (100) is provided at a side surface of the tensioning wheel (10). A spring is fixed to a lower portion of an interior of the mounting sleeve (4), and one end of the spring is fixedly connected to a second support rod (40). An end portion of the second support rod (40) is rotatably connected to a measurement wheel (41). When a wire is being fed, the copper wire passes over the wire guiding wheel (30) and the measurement wheel (41) sequentially, and a distance between the circular silicone member (100) on the tensioning wheel (10) and a groove of the wire guiding wheel (30) is adjusted by means of the drive mechanism (11). In this way, the present invention prevents the copper wire from being dislodged while tensioning the copper wire. A force acting on the measurement wheel (41) is transferred to the spring, causing deformation of the spring and lowering the measurement wheel (41); the data of the height decrease reflects a tension level of the copper wire, thus enabling effective measurement and precise control of a tensioning force. The present invention has a simple overall structure and a low cost.
