Disclosed is a tension release device for a production line with pipelining units for a pre-tensioned high-speed railway track slab, the device comprising four lifting pedestals (9) arranged along the periphery of a track slab mould (17), wherein reinforcing steel bar tension release devices (3) are arranged on the lifting pedestals (9); and each reinforcing steel bar tension release device (3) comprises a tension release power device, a transmission gearbox (20) connected to the tension release power device, and a tension release connection sleeve (18) connected to an output shaft of the transmission gearbox (20). A hydraulic motor is used as the tension release power device. The overall structure is simple, and the tension release devices (3) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with tension rods, so that the tension release operation is fast and reliable, and when it is difficult to repair a certain tension release device (3) when a failure occurs, the device can be directly replaced, which is convenient and simple, can save time, and has low maintenance costs.
