Abstract:
This tensioner (10) is provided with: a shaft part (32) which extends along the axial direction; and a slide (34) which is moved along the shaft part (32) towards one side in the axial direction by the impelling force from a coil spring (36). Furthermore, the shaft part (32) and/or the slide (34) are/is formed by press working a plate-shaped member. As a result of forming the slide (34) and/or the shaft part (32) by press working a plate-shaped member, production costs of the slide (34) and the shaft part (32) can be reduced, and production costs of the tensioner (10) can also be reduced.
