Abstract:
Disclosed are a tent support rod (100) and a tent (20) having the tent support rod. The tent support rod (100) comprises at least two arc bends (110), wherein the arc bends (110) are in sleeved connection with each other, a small-diameter arc bend is disposed inside a large-diameter arc bend, and the small-diameter arc bend can move in a telescopic motion inside the large-diameter arc bend. When the tent support rod (100) is used for a tent with a relatively large space, on the premise of making sure that the appearance thereof is round, the set-up and folding of the tent can be quickly completed.
