Abstract:
A terahertz detection device for detecting terahertz wave signal generated by femtosecond laser radiation, comprising a PCB board, a photoconductive module (100) disposed on the PCB board, a response regulation module (200) and an amplification module (300). In the terahertz detection device, the photoconductive module (100), the response regulation module (200) and the amplification module (300) are arranged in a same device so that the photoconductive module (100) and the amplification module (300) are close to each other, thereby increasing the matching resistance, capacitance and charge release resistance. At the same time, the response regulation module (200) is adjusted to minimize a response time of the terahertz detection device, thereby eliminating and suppressing the transmission and coupling of noise, and maximizing the signal-to-noise ratio and the sampling rate. Meanwhile, the volume of the terahertz detection device is reduced, while also saving on costs.
