Abstract:
Disclosed are a terahertz mixer and a manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic device comprising the mixer. According to embodiments, the terahertz mixer comprises: a cavity used for respectively forming a radio frequency input waveguide and a local oscillator input waveguide and used for accommodating a microstrip line; the microstrip line formed on at least a portion of an inner side surface of the cavity by means of a semiconductor growth process, and respectively extending to the cavity where the radio frequency input waveguide and the local oscillator input waveguide are located, so as to respectively form a microstrip line antenna for receiving a radio frequency input signal and a local oscillator input signal.
