Abstract:
A terahertz wave-based detector according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a terahertz wave emission unit for generating a terahertz wave; a guide wire for guiding, to an object-to-be-measured in a longitudinal direction, the terahertz wave generated by the terahertz wave emission unit; and a vibration unit for vibrating the guide wire in the width direction of the guide wire.
