Abstract:

Provided are a terminal authentication method and device. The method comprises: an SP device receiving a first authentication request sent by a first terminal, wherein the first authentication request comprises a first identity credential of a user; the SP device determining the identification (ID) of the user and the priority of the first identity credential according to the first authentication request; the SP device sending context data of the user to the first terminal through a cloud service; and the SP device enabling a first service for the first terminal according to the priority of the first identity credential. In the embodiments of the present invention, an SP device loads context data of a user for a terminal according to an identity credential of the user sent by the terminal and provides a corresponding service. Thus, a unified and secure identity authentication method can be realized, a seamless user experience is provided for the user, the usability can be improved, and better utilization of resources can be realized.
