This terminal comprises: a transmission unit that executes uplink transmission using N bands (N being a natural number equal to or less than M) that are selected from M bands (M being a natural number equal to or greater than 3); and a control unit that, when transmission from one port is indicated and two or more candidate combinations of bands are assumed, determines a combination of bands from the two or more combinations of bands on the basis of a specific rule. The specific rule includes a rule for establishing, for each of the M bands, the priority of the band that is associated with the transmission chain of the uplink transmission.
