This terminal comprises: a reception unit that receives information relating to resource reservation on a sensing window; a control unit that removes a resource from a collection of resource candidates on the basis of reference signal received power (RSRP) at reception of the information relating to the resource reservation and on the basis of a priority degree included in the information relating to the resource reservation, and that selects a resource to be used for transmission from the collection of the resource candidates after the removal; and a transmission unit that performs transmission to another terminal by using the selected resource. Further, on the basis of information relating to uplink transmission, the control unit removes a resource from the collection of the resource candidates or selects a resource to be used for transmission from among the collection of the resource candidates after the removal.
