This terminal comprises: a control unit that controls the transmission of a confirmation response on the basis of at least one permitted matter among a retransmission method for changing cells and retransmitting a signal, and utilizing a confirmation response format including a confirmation response for each cell; and a transmission unit that transmits the confirmation response according to the control of the control unit.
