Abstract:
This terminal includes a first reception unit that receives a first signal from a base station, a second reception unit that receives a second signal from the base station at electric power consumption that is smaller than that of the first reception unit, and a control unit that enables or disables each of the first reception unit and the second reception unit. In a state in which the first reception unit is enabled and also the second reception unit is disabled, the control unit enables the second reception unit and thereafter disables the first reception unit.
