Abstract:
This terminal device is provided with: a receiving unit which receives a plurality of reference signals from a base station device in a certain cell; a measuring unit which measures one or a plurality of reference signal reception powers (RSRP) from among the plurality of reference signals; and a calculating unit which sets as a standard RSRP of the cell an average of the highest N RSRPs from among the measured one or plurality of RSRPs.
