Abstract:
This terminal device comprises: a receiving unit that receives an RRC message which includes an index of random access preambles corresponding to each of one or more SS blocks or an index of random access preambles corresponding to each of one or more CSI-RS transmitted by a base station device; a setting unit that, if a prescribed threshold value is exceeded by the reference signal reception power of at least one of the one or more SS blocks or the one or more CSI-RS blocks, selects said one of the one or more SS blocks or the one or more CSI-RS blocks exceeding the prescribed threshold value, and sets the index of the random access preamble corresponding to the selected SS block or CSI-RS to a preamble index; and a transmission unit that transmits the random access preamble corresponding to the preamble index.
