Abstract:
Disclosed is a terminal device that communicates with a base station device, the terminal device comprising: a reception unit that receives a RRC connection resetting message from the base station device; and a processing unit. The processing unit establishes NR PDCP for a SRB identifier included in the RRC connection resetting message on the basis of the fact that the RRC connection resetting message includes information indicating the application of a full setting and that the terminal device is to perform inter-system handover from UTRA or EPC to E-UTRA or 5GC.
