Abstract:
In the present invention, in a case where a UE that transmits and receives data in a proximity service notifies a server of position information ahead of time and initiates the proximity service, prior to conducting a proximity search for a communication target UE, the UE receives a proximity range that includes the communication target UE from the server, and searches for the communication target UE on the basis of the proximity range, thereby reducing unnecessary proximity searching.
