Abstract:
The present invention proposes a terminal device, a base station device, and a method for controlling QoS that achieve QoS control on a per service-flow level without an increase in complexity compared to an existing bearer level QoS control scheme, and enable QoS control for a new service-flow generated according to a service request, thereby improving the response time to the service request.
