Abstract:
Provided is a terminal device (100) comprising: generation units (112, 113); an LBT processing unit (130); a UL signal generation unit (115); and a wireless communication unit (120). The generation units (112, 113) generate first and second information to which first and second resources of an unlicensed band are respectively allocated. The LBT processing unit (130) determines whether or not the unlicensed band is being used by another device. When the first resource and the second resource at least partially overlap temporally, unless the unlicensed band is being used with regard to one resource starting earlier, the UL signal generation unit (115) arranges the first information to the one resource and generates a transmission signal. When the unlicensed band is being used, in accordance with a determination result by the LBT processing unit (130) with regard to the other resource starting later, the UL signal generation unit (115) arranges the first information to the other resource and generates a transmission signal. The wireless communication unit (120) transmits the transmission signal generated by the UL signal generation unit (115).
