Abstract:

The present invention is a terminal device having: a communication unit for performing communication with an audio playback device; a sound quality adjustment unit for applying sound quality adjustment to audio data; and a control unit that determines whether or not the audio playback device has a sound quality adjustment function according to a communication result of communication based on a prescribed protocol and that turns on or off a sound quality adjustment function of the sound quality adjustment unit according to a determination result.
