Abstract:
This terminal device (10) is a terminal device capable of remote control of a remote-controllable device (20) that is capable of communication over a network. The terminal device is provided with: a display unit (15); an input means (15); and a display control means (11) for controlling a display unit so as to display a device selection screen wherein device markers which are images linked to device information and identifiers related to remote-controllable devices are arranged on a frame image, which is an image that shows an indoor space in which the remote-controllable device is placed and that includes orientation information. When one of the device markers arranged on the frame image has been selected via the input means, the display control means controls the display unit so as to display an operation screen corresponding to the device information linked to the selected one device marker. The terminal device is additionally provided with a transmission means (13) for transmitting, to the remote-controllable device corresponding to the selected one device marker over the network, a signal indicating a control instruction that has been received via the input means when the operation screen is being displayed.
