Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to protect the privacy of an operator of a terminal device when authentication in the terminal device has been completed. This terminal device is provided with a display unit (39), a camera (20) having an image capture direction different from an outward direction from a surface on which the display unit (39) is provided, a tilt sensor (22) for acquiring the tilt of the terminal device (1), and a control unit (10), wherein the control unit (10) sets a display-restricted state in which the display of the display unit (39) is restricted, performs authentication using an image captured by the camera (20) in the display-restricted state, and when the authentication has been completed, cancels the display-restricted state if the tilt is determined to have changed by more than a predetermined amount.
