Abstract:
The present invention efficiently performs communications. The present invention is provided with: a reception unit that receives CSI-RS; a measurement unit that uses the CSI-RS to measure and evaluate the CSI, and updates the CSI value; and a transmission unit that transmits the CSI. The measurement unit does not update a wideband CQI value if the following conditions are satisfied: a first condition whereby a plurality of LBT sub-bands are set for one BWP corresponding to one bwp-Id of an NR-U carrier; a second condition whereby a cqi-Format Indicator corresponding to the BWP indicates a wide-band CQI; and a third condition indicating that LBT has failed for at least one LBT sub-band, from among the plurality of LBT sub-bands.
