Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce a photographer's labor for respectively activating a first photographing section and a second photographing section at time points desired by the photographer. A detection unit (14) detects a transition from a moving state wherein a photographing unit (12) is moving to a standstill state wherein the photographing unit (12) stands still in a prescribed posture. When the transition from the moving state to the standstill state is detected, a control unit (20) activates a first photographing section (26) and instructs the first photographing section to perform photographing. When a specific part area, which indicates a specific part of a person included in a photographed image obtained in response to the photographing instruction, meets a prescribed condition, the control unit (20) activates a second photographing section (28).
