Abstract:
Provided is a terminal device, comprising a main body part and a display part which is rotatably coupled to the main body part with a swivel shaft. A hinge mechanism is disposed to both sides of the swivel shaft and causes the display unit to open and close with respect to the main body part. The hinge mechanism is connected to the ground of the display unit, and a part of the hinge mechanism protrudes past the lower edge of the display part. On the main body part are disposed metal components which connect to the ground of the main body part and conductively support the protruding parts of the hinge mechanism. The grounds of the display part and main body part are connected at both the swivel shaft and the hinge mechanism, thereby reducing the difference in potential between the grounds of the main body part and display part more than a connection at only the swivel shaft would.
