Abstract:
The present invention relates to a terminal for an electric wire joining connector and comprises: a terminal connection part (11) connected to a terminal; a bridge (12) one end of which is connected to one side of the terminal connection part, and the other end of which extends to the other side; a cutter (13) which is connected to the other end of the bridge and cuts the sheath of an electric wire and becomes electrically connected to a core wire inside the electric wire; and an auxiliary cutter (15) which, by an overlap connection part (14) separate from the cutter being interposed, has the same shape as and is symmetrical to the cutter. Therefore, the cutter and the auxiliary cutter, which have a symmetrical structure and make a surface contact with each other, are provided on one side of the terminal having the terminal connection part, such that, when connecting an electric wire, the sheath of the electric wire is cut via the cutter and the auxiliary cutter at the same time as the sheath inside the electric wire being electrically connected to the cutter and the auxiliary cutter, and, thereby, not only can an operation for connecting the terminal and the electric wire be performed easily and quickly, but also a wire connection surface with a core wire can be increased via the dual-layer overlapping structure of the cutter and the auxiliary cutter, resulting in improved reliability for the core wire connection state. Also, due to an integrated flat structure in which the terminal connection part, the bridge, the cutter, and the auxiliary cutter are continuously provided on the same flat plate, the terminal can be formed simply by standing the cutter and the auxiliary cutter with respect to the bridge, and, thereby, not only is terminal formation convenient and quick and able to reduce the operation cost, but also storage, transport, etc. are performed easily due to the flat structure, and, as a result, effects such as promotion of competitiveness are achieved.
