Abstract:
The present invention suppresses reversion of a barrel part and ensures the waterproofness of a site of contact with an aluminum core wire. According to the present invention, an inner surface (11a) of a barrel part (11) is provided with a plurality of dispersed recesses (114), a groove (116) that overlaps a seal member (14), and a ridge (117a) that, in plan view, extends in a cross direction (D12) at a location that does not overlap the seal member (14) and is near a third region (11a-3) that is on the opposite side from a terminal part (12). The barrel part (11) is crimped onto an end part (W1a) such that an exposed portion of an aluminum core wire (W11) contacts the ridge (117a), and the exposed portion is thereby sealed by the seal member (14).
