Title:
TERMINAL-EQUIPPED ELECTRICAL WIRE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/098738
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to suppress damage received by an insulating cover of an insulated electrical wire during forming by molding, and to suppress a deformation of the insulating cover. The terminal-equipped electrical wire comprises: an insulated electrical wire comprising a conductive core wire, and an insulating cover covering the perimeter of the core wire, and having a polyolefin resin as the main component; a metal terminal electrically connected to the core wire at an extremity portion of the insulated electrical wire; an adhesive having an olefin resin as the main component, and formed on the surface of the insulating cover at the extremity portion of the insulated electrical wire; and a molded part having as the main component one among polyester materials or amide materials whereof the crystallization temperature is lower than the crystallization temperature of aromatic nylons, and covering the perimeter from at least the portion in the insulated electrical wire where the adhesive is formed to the core wire connecting portion in the metal terminal.
