Abstract:
A terminal-equipped flexible substrate 12 comprising a flexible substrate 30 which is flexible and a plurality of terminals 20, wherein: the flexible substrate 30 is formed to extend in a longitudinal direction; the flexible substrate 30 has a plurality of conductive paths 31; the plurality of terminals 20 have conductive path connection parts 22 connected to the conductive paths 31 and terminal connection parts 21 extending from the conductive path connection parts 22 in an extending direction and to be connected to counterpart terminals 15; the plurality of terminals 20 are arranged on the flexible substrate 30 in a state in which the extending direction of the plurality of terminals 20 intersects with the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate 30; and the plurality of terminals 20 are disposed side by side in a plurality of rows in a state in which the flexible substrate 30 is folded.
