Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a terminal fitting with an electric wire, which prevents the concentration of a current and prevents the generation of heat when a large current is passed therethrough. This terminal fitting (10) with an electric wire is provided with a bottom portion (22), a wall portion (23), connection tongue pieces (27A, 27B), and an auxiliary wall portion (26). The wall portion (23) rises integrally from one end (22A) of the bottom portion (22) and is continuous with the other end (22B) of the bottom portion (22). The connection tongue pieces (27A, 27B) are respectively extended from one end (22C) of the bottom portion (22) and one end (25A) of the wall portion (23), and are in contact with and connected to a partner-side terminal fitting (40). The auxiliary wall portion (26) is continuous with the end (25B) on the side opposite to the one end (25A), from which the connection tongue pieces (27A, 27B) are extended, of the wall portion (23), and hangs down toward the bottom portion (22). The present invention is characterized in that the auxiliary wall portion (26), together with a terminal (11A) of the electric wire (11), is joined to the bottom portion (22).
