Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a terminal insertion device or the like that is capable of providing wire harnesses of various forms, or enabling terminal installation quality checking and reliable and quick feeding of a housing. [Solution] The terminal insertion device (1) has a terminal holding-inserting means (20) for holding and inserting terminals into cavities of a housing, a housing retaining means (180), and a means (10) for adjusting the angle of the terminals with respect to the axial direction of electric wires when the terminal holding-inserting means (20) holds the terminals. Because the angle of the terminals with respect to the axial direction of the electric wires (twisting direction of the electric wires) is adjusted by the terminal angle adjusting means (10), the terminals can be inserted with the crimping plane tilted at 90˚, 180˚, or 270˚ with respect to the housing.
