Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of artificial intelligence, and relate to a terminal interaction method, which comprises: obtaining a first video to be verified and a first audio to be verified; analyzing the first audio to be verified and the first video to be verified to obtain a first analysis result; determining, according to the first analysis result, whether to provide an interactive interface for a user to perform an interactive operation; after the interactive interface is provided, regularly obtaining a second video to be verified and a second audio to be verified; when the second video to be verified and the second audio to be verified are obtained each time, analyzing the second audio to be verified and the second video to be verified to obtain a second analysis result; and determining, according to the second analysis result, whether to close the interactive interface. The present application further provides a terminal interaction apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. According to the present application, the recognition dimension of terminal interaction can be increased, and recognition can be performed in the process of using a terminal by a user, so that the safety of terminal interaction is improved.
