Title:
TERMINAL-MODIFIED POLYAMIDE RESIN, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED ARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/182693
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a high molecular weight terminal-modified polyamide resin having a low melt viscosity and excellent moldability. Said problem is solved by a terminal-modified polyamide resin that includes a terminal structure, represented by general formula (I), of 0.05 to 4.5 mass%, and that has a relative viscosity (ηr) at 25°C of 2.1 to 10 according to a 0.01 g/ml solution thereof in 98% sulfuric acid solution. (I) -X-(R1-O)n-R2 In general formula (I), n ranges from 2 to 100. R1 represents a C2-10 hydrocarbon group, and R2 represents a C1-30 hydrocarbon group. -X- represents -NH- or -N(CH3)-. Each of the n R1 groups included in general formula (I) may be the same or different.
