Provided is a technique which relates to a terminal structure for a door lock device for a vehicle and which is effective for maintaining a plurality of terminal plate pieces in an electrically insulated state, the terminal plate pieces being formed by cutting a metallic terminal. This terminal structure for a door lock device for a vehicle is provided with: a metallic terminal formed by connecting a first terminal plate piece and a second terminal plate piece through a connection plate piece so that the first terminal plate piece and the second terminal plate piece can be cut apart from each other; a resinous housing section having a housing space which is recessed in order to house a cut end section of the connection plate piece of the terminal, the cut end section having been pressed and bent after the first terminal plate piece and the second terminal plate piece are cut apart; and a prevention mechanism for preventing the cut end section of the connection plate piece from returning toward the position where the first terminal plate piece and the second terminal piece are connected, the cut end section being housed in the housing space in the housing section.
