Abstract:
Provided is a glass plate article that has a feed terminal structure to be connected to a feeding section of a glass plate with a conductive section. The glass plate article is characterized in that the feed terminal structure has one or more terminal seats to be surface-bonded to the feeding section via a lead-free solder alloy; the terminal seat is a thin piece that is formed by removing, from a square or a rectangle, corner sections, each defined by the line that connects two points on the two lines that are distanced from the respective two vertices of one side of a square or a rectangle by 1.6 mm or farther and extend from the respective vertices; the surface-bonded junction area per one terminal seat is 8 mm2 - 98 mm2 inclusive; and the lead-free solder alloy is an Sn-Ag-Cu based lead-free solder alloy that has a dispersed precipitation hardening type structure containing 1.5 - 4 mass% Ag and 0.5 - 2 mass% Cu and which exhibits a Young's modulus of 40GPa or higher under room temperature.
