Abstract:

A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure is characterized by comprising: a reception unit that, when a downlink (DL) and an uplink (UL) are applied with mutually-different transmission configuration indication (TCI) states, receives a specific setting which enables or disables activation of at least one of the TCI states of the UL and DL to be started by a UE; and a control unit which starts activation of the TCI states. The one aspect of the present disclosure makes it possible to activate an appropriate TCI state.
