This terminal is characterized by having: a reception unit that receives settings information for a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) resource set including at least three SRS resources having different numbers of SRS ports for measurement; and a control unit that determines one SRS resource from the at least three SRS resources, on the basis of an SRS Resource Index (SRI) field having the same size as a Release 15 New Radio SRI, included in downlink control information. According to this embodiment, it is possible to appropriately control full-power transmission.
