Abstract:
A terminal with a fingerprint identification function, which falls within the technical field of computers. The terminal comprises a body (1), a screen (2), a fingerprint detection component (3) and a processor (4), wherein the screen (2) and the fingerprint detection component (3) are arranged on an outer surface of the body (1); the processor (4) is arranged inside the body (1) and is electrically connected to the screen (2) and the fingerprint detection component (3) respectively; and the processor (4) is used for, when receiving a touch signal of the screen (2), enabling the fingerprint detection component (3), acquiring fingerprint data detected by the fingerprint detection component (3), and executing a pre-set control instruction if the fingerprint data matches pre-stored reference fingerprint data. By using the terminal, power consumption can be reduced.
