Abstract:
Provided is a terminal, comprising a body, a cover covering the body, a circuit board installed in the body, a central processing unit welded on the circuit board, a control piece installed on the cover, and a protect switch welded on the circuit board. The body is provided with a slot for accommodating a hard disk, and the cover is detachably mounted on the body for packaging the hard disk into the hard disk slot, such that opening the cover will drive the control piece to activate the protect switch, and the activation of the protect switch in turn will generate a change in an electrical signal. Upon detecting the change in the electrical signal, the central processing unit notifies the hard disk to conduct data protection, and cuts off power to the hard disk.
