TEST AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR JUDGING IMAGE DISTORTION IN DIGITAL IMAGE DEVICE

The present invention relates to a test automation system for judging image distortion in a digital image device. In order to judge whether or not an image is distorted, the invention: generates a watermark by generating a TDFD (Temporal Drop-Frame Detection) signal for judging a frame drop occurring in a time axis of a video and an SDBD (Spatial Distort-Block Detection) signal for judging the image distortion in an image frame; inserts the generated watermark into a reference image; and extracts an image distortion judgment signal from the reference image when the reference signal into which the watermark is inserted is outputted through an image output device. For the purpose of judging whether or not an auto-focus and exposure functions are normally operated in an image acquisition device, the invention also: generates the watermark by generating not only an AFED (Auto Focus Exposure Detection) signal for judging whether or not the auto-focus and exposure function is normally operated in the image acquisition device but also a pilot signal for responding to the 2D movement of the reference image; inserts the generated watermark into the reference image; obtains the reference image including the inserted watermark through the image acquisition device; and then extracts the image distortion judgment signal from the obtained reference image.
