Abstract:
A test container in which a sample solution is sent in sequence from a first chamber to a second chamber by the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of a centrifuge, said test container comprising: a solution storage part that stores, in advance of the first chamber, the sample solution input from an input port; and a valve that has a solution accommodation part for temporarily accommodating the sample solution sent from the first chamber toward the second chamber, wherein the volume of the solution storage part is larger than the volume of the first chamber, only a solution flow passage through which the sample solution is sent is connected between the first chamber and the solution storage part and between the first chamber and the second chamber, and a vent flow passage for discharging gas from the first chamber is not provided.
