Abstract:
A test device for dynamic characteristics of a spring safety valve, being mainly configured to test opening, discharging, and returning characteristics of the safety valve. The test device comprises a gas supply device, a pressure stabilizing device, a rapid start-stop device, a pipeline air pressure detection device, a pipeline gas mass flow detection device, a safety valve stem displacement detection device, a safety valve system (10), a test bed (13), a pipeline support (12), and an acquisition system (51); the pressure stabilizing device is configured to stably adjust the air pressure in a pressure vessel (15); the rapid start-stop device is configured to control opening or closing of the pressure vessel (15); the pipeline gas mass flow detection device is configured to detect the mass flow of gas in a pipeline; the safety valve stem (41) displacement detection device is configured to detect the displacement change of the safety valve stem (41); the acquisition system (51) is configured to acquire, process, and store experimental data. The device is simple in structure and high in accuracy so as to guarantee the test of the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve. Also provided is a test method for the dynamic characteristics of the spring safety valve.
