Abstract:
A test device for a rotary pressurized filter, comprising a surge tank (1), a buffer tank (2), a filter frame (3), a liquid receiving tank (4), an electronic balance (5), and a stopwatch (6). The buffer tank (2) is connected to the surge tank (1); the filter frame (3) is placed below the buffer tank and is connected to the buffer tank (2); the liquid receiving tank (4) is placed below the filter frame (3); and the electronic balance (5) is placed at the bottom of the liquid receiving tank (4). When testing, a certain amount of test slurry is added into the filter frame (3), followed by applying air of a certain pressure into the surge tank (1) wherein the air is filled into the filter frame (3) by means of the buffer tank (2); next, a valve at the bottom of the filter frame (3) is opened, the amount of mother liquor discharged from the filter frame (3) and the time of the filtering process are measured; samples are taken from the filter cake and mother liquor after filtering according to actual needs for analysis; and then washing and drying processes are performed in sequence.
