Abstract:
A test device for simulating longitudinal-lateral-torsional coupled nonlinear vibration of a drill string of deepwater riserless drilling, comprising a pool (1), a motor (2), and a hook-load adjusting device (3). A top part of the pool (1) is provided with a guide wheel (4). A support base A (5) and a support base B (6) are both fixed on a bottom surface of the pool (1), and an organic glass tube (8) is fixedly provided between the support base A (5) and the support base B (6). Top surfaces of the support base B (6) and a trailer (7) are both provided thereon with sleeves (9). A left end of a plastic tube (10) extends into the organic glass tube (8) along the axis of the organic glass tube (8). By means of the longitudinal displacement, lateral displacement and stress response of the plastic tube (10) in a seawater section, the vibration of a drill string due to drilling fluid flow, drilling platform movement, drill bit drilling to the sea floor, ocean flow velocity, different drill string rotating speeds and so on is simulated. The present invention also relates to a test method for simulating longitudinal-lateral-torsional coupled nonlinear vibration of a drill string of deepwater riserless drilling. The present test device has a compact structure and may simulate the longitudinal-lateral-torsional coupled vibration response of the drill string under different drill string rotating speeds, ocean flow velocity, drilling fluid flow velocity, torsional excitation and longitudinal excitation at a bottom part of a stratum section.
