Abstract:
A test device for a USB 3.0 apparatus, comprising: an interface (10) of a USB 3.0 apparatus under test; a USB 2.0 test interface (20); a USB 3.0 test interface (30); a control unit (40) for issuing a channel switching instruction; and a USB channel switching unit (50) for receiving and responding to the channel switching instruction. The USB channel switching unit (50) receives a USB 2.0 signal or a USB 3.0 signal outputted by the interface (10) of the USB 3.0 apparatus under test, and then selects, according to the channel switching instruction issued by the control unit (40), to transmit the USB 2.0 signal to the USB 2.0 test interface (20) or transmit the USB 3.0 signal to the USB 3.0 test interface (30). By employing the control unit (40) to issue the channel switching instruction and the USB channel switching unit (50) to receive and respond to the channel switching instruction, an access to the USB 3.0 apparatus under test can be established with one single operation while eliminating the need to plug and unplug repeatedly, thus realizing fast switching between a USB 2.0 mode and a USB 3.0 mode for the USB 3.0 apparatus under test, and fast and rapid and accurate testing thereof.
