Abstract:
A test method for a crushed stone scatter ratio of a bituminous surface treatment pavement, and a test device thereof, which belong to the quality testing field of bituminous surface treatment pavement. The test method comprises: preparing a second layer (6) with a limited area on a surface of a first layer (5) to serve as a sampling layer, and performing standard sand consumption testing on the sampling layer to obtain standard sand consumption m0; constructing the second layer (6) on the surface of the first layer (5) outside the sampling layer, and performing standard sand consumption testing on the second layer (6) before and after a period during which the road is open to traffic with a speed limit, so as to obtain standard sand consumptions m1 and m2; and comparing the standard sand consumptions m0 and m1 and/or standard sand consumptions m0 and m2 to obtain the crushed stone scatter ratio of the bituminous surface treatment pavement. The test method not only avoids the error caused by using a manual method to strip off a crushed stone material to evaluate the crushed stone retention ratio of a surface treatment pavement, improves measurement accuracy and standardization, and meanwhile, the method has simple testing and convenient operation.
