Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an extract from inflammatory tissue inoculated with vaccinia virus, a test method using a novel method of administration of a formulation containing the extract, and the like. With the present invention, as a result of continuous administration of an extract from inflammatory tissue inoculated with vaccinia virus or a formulation containing same, using a continuous administration device, an equivalent effect has been shown to be demonstrated at much lower administration doses than with conventional methods of administration such as oral administration. Accordingly, the present invention provides a test method using animals in which the burden on researchers is reduced, and a therapy for patients at low doses and the like.
