Abstract:
A test socket of the present invention comprises: a first PCB film having a plurality of first pads; a first conductive wire bonded to first surfaces of the first pads; insulation silicone rubber provided on the first PCB film, having a plurality of through-holes formed to correspond to the first conductive wire, and having the first conductive wire loaded in the through-holes; a second PCB film provided on the insulation silicone rubber and having a plurality of second pads formed thereon; a second conductive wire bonded to first surfaces of the second pads; and conductive silicone rubber filling the through-holes and electrically connecting the first and second conductive wires.
